Before I was training hard, eating decently, and doing what I thought was the right thing for my health. I was in the gym five times a week and staying away from fast food. Every day, I felt like I should be further ahead. My energy was low, I was holding extra fat, and my progress felt stuck. I even started to lose confidence in what I was doing.Until one day, I bent down to tie my shoes and my belly got in the way. It sounds small, but that was my breaking point. I was nearly 100kg, tired all the time, and frustrated that I couldn’t see my abs anymore.
Because of that, I decided to try something new. A friend shared a system that had worked for him, simple changes like upping my protein, adding intermittent fasting, and using a few adaptogens to support energy and stress. Everything shifted. In the first month, I lost 10kg of fat, had more energy than I’d had in years, and felt like myself again. No extreme dieting, no exhausting routines, just smart fundamentals.
